Job Summary
Our HVAC Technician will be responsible for assisting customers with explanation of products, service features, and resolve heating, air and air solution issues. In this position, you will be an ambassador of Home Comfort USA by becoming a trusted face to our customers while adhering to company values and policy.

Job Responsibilities

Maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
-
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
-
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems

Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
-
Establish and main excellent working customer service and relationships with customers

Assist customers with explanation of products, service features, and resolve heating, air and air solution issues
Skills & Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge of Residential HVAC systems and methods
-
Natural customer service and sales skills
-
Knowledge of HVAC safety standards and protocols
-
Willingness to continue learning about HVAC technologies
-
Have a positive attitude and work ethic
-
Excellent attention to detail
-
Clean DMV record
-
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements

Extended hours may be expected

Standing, squatting, sitting for prolonged periods of time may be required

Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50-100 pounds as needed
