Experience
- Active Property and Casualty License (required)
- Allstate, State Farm, or Farmers customer service experience (preferred)
- 1+ years experience in the insurance industry (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Manage customer service activity including phone calls, texts, and emails
- Handle customer service needs such a renewals, billing and policy concerns
- Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments
- Complete new business onboarding
- Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referral generation, and utilizing various lead sources provided
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 40-hour workweek

Total compensation which includes base pay plus bonuses can range from $65,000-$110,000
