- Interacts directly with assigned clients, maintaining positive relationships
- Establishes user accounts and provides log-in credentials
- Receives, uploads, and validates client data
- Configures features, lists, user role permissions
- Assists clients with ongoing data or system maintenance over the course of the contract
- Creates and provides system or implementation process documentation
- Suggests feature, functionality changes, or enhancements to project management tools based on client feedback
- Escalates concerns or issues to the development team
- Compiles monthly reports for supervisors, management, and the County
- Review project data to ensure adherence to established County guidelines
- Assists with review of departmental processes and procedures Analyzes monthly data and reports to ensure continued improvement of operations
- Ensures confidentiality of all information regarding staff performance and compliance

Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience. Reports to: Implementation Supervisor
Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $19.00 - $22.00 HR.
