SCCS.INC is a leading Installation company for Dish Network in Louisiana. We are looking for new applicants that are interested in becoming a full time Dish Sales and Installation Technician.
WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
Alexandria, Lafayette, Leesville, Natchitoches, Deridder, Opelousas, Kinder, Pollock, Ville Platte, Many, Marksville, Cottonport, Lake Charles, Morgan City, Baton Rouge, St. Francisville and Fort Polk!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Can you be a natural leader and adapt to the new technology? Do you like to work in an indoor/outdoor environment, interacting with people, and providing great customer service? At SCCS INC., we invest in our technicians to become the best installation technicians in the Louisiana area. You will be responsible for documenting through a smartphone, tablet or laptop and communicating with your local office.

Pre-employment Requirements:

• A current valid Driver's license.
• Basic Computer knowledge.
• Ability to pass background and drug screen.

Primary Responsibilities: Successful installation of customer’s satellite system – Includes mounting satellite dish, observing and conducting site surveys for the strongest signal reception and educating the customer on their new service and equipment.

·* Offer excellent customer service and all equipment options 100% of the time – Includes being courteous and respectful to customers inside and outside their homes, and offering all customers additional products such as sound bars, surge protectors, screen cleaners, wireless headphones, TV mounts, etc.*

Satellite TV Technician will have the following:

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to document jobs with extremely detailed notes.

• Great time management skills.

• Energetic, positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and be resourceful.

• Basic computer skills: knowledge of home audio and video equipment preferred.

• Professional, respectful and friendly demeanor with an aim to please attitude.

• Motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity.

• Ability to climb and work on a ladder, lift over 70 lbs., crawl into small spaces and work in all climates.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; college or technical/vocational school a plus.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Cable, electrical and or sales experience is a plus

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
