Job Overview:
This position will supervise, train and inspect the performance of the Pool Staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. S/he will assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.
Essential Functions :

  • Prepare staff assignments according to department procedures
  • Monitor staff performance in all job functions, ensuring that all procedures are completed to standards
  • Assist Pool staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests
  • Ensure all charges for rental and sale items are accurately processed
  • Ensure all safety precautions are implemented and monitored
  • Ensure all closing duties for staff are completed before staff sign out
  • Conduct training of staff as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Valid certification in first aid and CPR
  • 2 years experience in Pool/Beach services
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Provide legible communication
  • Compute basic mathematical calculations
  • Knowledge of pool equipment, chemicals and maintenance
