We are seeking an outgoing and reliable athletic trainer with a passion to work in an industrial setting able to travel to northern territory in Allen, DeKalb, Elkhart, Noble, Steuben, Whitley, and Kosciusko counties. Our client seeks a full-time ATC to provide services such as onsite early injury intervention and preventative programs, ergonomics assessments, safety compliance, and more.

The primary responsibility is to identify, develop, and maintain workers compensation and industrial referral sources to increase the overall volume of therapy referrals from adjusters, case managers, rehab specialists and individual contacts. Secondary responsibility is to promote, sell, and coordinate industrial health, education, and consultation programs and services. Additionally, the sales and marketing manager may serve as the IPT representative to external organizations that can influence therapy referrals to IPT.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training
• Active and unrestricted Athletic Trainer License issued by the State of Indiana Professions Bureau, or the ability to obtain
• CPR/AED certification
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
