• $5,000 HIRING BONUS ($2,500 paid after 60 days from date of hire and $2,500 paid after 180 days from date of hire)

What you’ll do:

• Utilize your mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .00010
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity

We need you to have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
• 2+ years of experience as an industrial mechanic
• Desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
