Help Desk – Hardware and Software Support
Pay Rate $20/hr – some flex here if needed - W2 and paid weekly
Onsite position here in Nashville, TN
6+ month Contract – open to extension and potential conversion based on performance
Typical Day to Day:
Supporting the Tier 1 support side of things. Client is going through an internal system upgrade that will take up most of the Tier 2 employees time – 3 more Tier 1 Techs are needed to maintain the ticket ques/resolve issues until that project is done and continue to support afterwards as well. There is opportunity for this to extend and/or go permanent the initial contract period.
Years’ Experience/Degree Requirements/Certification:
1-2+ years experience

- What is your experience providing over the phone support?
- Have you every troubleshot hardware issues with either PC’s, laptops, or POS machines? If so, when and what kind?
- Can you work any shift 7am-11pm along with one weekend day if needed?
