We need an outstanding Infection Preventionist Nurse to join our team. Keep up to date with Flu and Covid vaccinations, Education, In-services. NHSN/ QAPI/QIPP experience preferred. Wound care experience also desired. We accept Covid medical/religious exemptions. Great facility with friendly leadership, staff, and residents. McGregor, TX.
Must have a RN or LVN license in good standing with the state of Texas
Job Type: Full-time-Salary: $72,000 - $74,123.00 per year
