We’re looking for a strategic, creative digital marketer who’s passionate about influencer engagement, marketing, content creation and brand communications to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing influencer campaigns that deliver ROI, managing our influencer agency and day-to-day campaign operations, and reporting. You will develop strong relationships, while working directly with influencers in outlining their goals, and strategizing on ways to monetize and grow their brands.

Responsibilities*

• Develop relationships and collaborate with influencers to create impactful campaigns that drive social conversation, user acquisition, retention, engagement
• Build global influencer campaigns leveraging various social platforms and media
• Set goals, track and analyze performance of content and conversion rates, manage budgets, measure success of programs and advise on go-forward strategies
• Draft campaign project and creative briefs based on trends, research, and results to guide content creation for conversion improvement and maximum learnings
• Maintain knowledge and expertise and be resident expert on global influencer initiatives including local creators, trends and best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer management
• Experience successfully integrating talent into marketing programs
• Proven track record of succeeding within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to negotiate strongly while maintaining positive relationships with influencers, managers, and agencies
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to take initiative, prioritize, and multitask
• Experience managing marketing budgets with a forward-thinking approach
• Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
