Position: Informatica SME (Remote)

Description:
We are seeking an Informatica SME to work with our client at the IRS. This position is telework, and we are supporting the Informatica platform for strategic programs across the enterprise.

Salary/Benefits:

• Salary range $120,000 - $160,000
• Benefits include health, dental, vision, LTD, life, and 401(k)
• All 11 Federal holidays paid
• PTO accrual

Tasks:

• Support Informatica implementations and configurations for client projects
• Provide software upgrades and migrations
• Design ETL mapping and processing
• Provide reporting and documentation related to Informatica designs
• Extensively involved in Informatica Performance tuning methodologies and mechanisms

Required skills:

• 5+ years experience in design and development of complex mappings, transformations, sessions and workflows in Informatica PowerCenter
• Strong in Informatica Administration
• Good knowledge of Informatica Upgrade.
• Should be in a position to provide various solution approaches to tune Informatica code.
• Experience working with large enterprise data models and large volumes of data
• Strong experience in performance tuning for Informatica ETL processing
• Expertise in best practices and development standard for ETL
• Manage data quality and consistency through the ETL environment, and resolve issues through appropriate channels
• Establish metadata and audit capabilities through a Common Information Model

Clearance:

• Must be U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident for three years

Location:

• Remote support, but Washington, DC preferred
