Are you an IT Security expert looking to make better use of your skills to lead an awesome team to success? We're looking for a Secure Space IT Manager / Information Systems Security Manager to build and drive the IT security strategy for our multi-site cleared IT team to ensure our success across multiple mission-focused programs.
You'll have ultimate responsibility for the success of our cleared IT resources - our team, networks, computers, and security. To ensure this success, you'll act as both our Secure Space IT Manager, in charge of the personnel and their resourcing across programs, as well as the ISSM, with authority over the security of the IT systems and networks.
What You'll Be Doing:
- You'll engage with the PMOs of our programs to gather IT and IT security needs, prioritize those requirements, and ensure the IT team is best meeting those needs to help ensure the success of our teams, our customers, and their mission.
- You'll provide IT Security and RMF subject matter expertise to assist with SSPs and IT work to ensure we maintain our current accreditations, systems, and networks, and stand up new SSPs, systems, and networks as needed.
- You'll develop and execute the strategy to improve and better maintain our cleared IT and IT Security systems, networks, SSPs, and infrastructure across multiple sites, to ensure our teams have the right hardware, software, and security to deliver mission success for our customers.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related professional experience. Non-degreed an additional 4 years of related experience.
- Active TS/SCI with a polygraph
- DoD 8570 compliant IAM Level III certification is required (CISSP, CISM) or on track to attain certification within 6 months of hire.
- Significant experience with the Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD's RMF and SSP processes.
- Experience managing both technical teams and projects

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
