Inside Sales Associates Job Description
- Sales professionals work from home generating sales from 40-50 inbound and outbound calls daily
- Experience pitching products and creating value propositions to clients
- Update client's contact records for their school or organization’s directory
- Collect stories and conduct interviews for the Oral History Project
- Sell directories, Oral History Projects, and alumni products (such as hats, travel bags, and apparel)
- Learn proven sales strategies applied in a high-energy and supportive environment
- Report to the Inside Sales Manager and meet regularly to develop a positive working relationship
- Contests, sales and leadership training, recognition
Requirements for Inside Sales Associates
- This position is remote however, the employee must live: AR, GA, FL, KS, MO, SC, OK, TX, WI or VA
- Minimum 1 year of total work history - professional sales experience or 4 year college degree (preferred)
- Minimum High School Degree or equivalent
- Must be skilled in making high volume sales calls
- Must complete a background and drug screen within 48 hours of receiving an offer
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Knowledge in: Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9 or other call center software

Inside Sales Associates Pay Rate and Schedule
- Rate of pay: $15 per hour + uncapped commission
- Earn $40K to $65K+ per year! High volume inbound/outbound sales environment
- Flexible 8 hour shift between 10am CST - 9pm CST
- Monday - Friday, offering full-time shifts only
- One Saturday per quarter (every three months)
