Under the direction of the Inside Sales Director, this position will be instrumental in developing a high-performance sales team, supervising sales metrics, and the entire sales administration process.
AS AN INSIDE SALES MANAGER, YOU WILL:
- Recruit, train, and supervise members of the team.
- Educate inside sales staff on optimally answering common customer questions.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the inside sales group receives quality leads to pursue, resulting in increased sales.
- Maintain an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions.
- Collaborate with the outside sales group to prioritize efforts and gather competitive intelligence, product solution, and price strategy to improve customer service.
- Recommend and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
- Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are being followed.
- Act as a resource to customers and the sales team by addressing questions and resolving problems.

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a Business focus, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seven to ten (5-7) years managing people and shown experience working as an Inside Sales Lead or Supervisor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and sales proposals
- Ability to communicate at both technical and commercial levels
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - work Authorization will not be provided.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Background and experience in Inside Sales and/or Customer Service equivalent roles essential
- Proven experience working as an Inside Sales Manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skill
