Inside Sales Representative (Lead Procurement)

Universal Windows Direct of Cincinnati & Dayton is looking for money driven, well-spoken Inside Sales Representatives to transform Universal Windows Direct on the #1 Home Improvement company customers want on the Cincinnati & Dayton markets. We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and juicy bonuses opportunities.

Job duties include:

• Set and schedule appointments

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls

• Customer Service

• Train and follow industry result-driven inside sales scripts, tactics, and strategies

• Overcome homeowners’ objections

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly quota

Qualifications:

• Positive mindset and charming personality

• Company culture and team orientated individual

• Self-motivated, responsible, and organize person

• Great written & verbal communications skills followed by the enjoyment of talking to people

• Integrity principles with the drive to help others

• Passion for learning and studying

• Work schedule flexibility and availability to work on weekends

• Good computer manipulation along with other types of technology

• Customer service experienced of any type highly preferred

• Reliable transportation
