We are looking for energetic inside sales/Total Access representatives to discover and develop new and existing customer relationships. This progressive sales position will allow the successful candidate to create a career path that provides training, engagement and great advancement opportunities.

We are looking for energetic inside sales/Total Access representatives to discover and develop new and existing customer relationships. This progressive sales position will allow the successful candidate to create a career path that provides training, engagement and great advancement opportunities.
What will I be doing?
First and foremost, our paid training is unparalleled and includes a deep understanding of the products that we sell, their applications and applicable regulations. Training also includes SOPs, software and on-site welding (not mandatory) so that we can represent the products and applications we sell knowledgeably. The initial paid training period is 4 weeks including sales development training.

Are you a MATCH?
Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred. Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software such as Salesforce. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
