Position Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist Sales and Customer Service for B2B specific sales representatives and accounts.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Support Stone Glacier sales and help with dealer and representative’s issues in a timely manner.
  • Daily communication with field representatives to manage backorder files and incoming/outgoing orders.
  • Ensure all orders and RMAs are being processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage order discrepancies, facilitate changes and needed follow up.
  • Address inquiries and issues to management when necessary in dealing with company systems and procedures on special projects.
  • Research and process all credit and debit memos. Communicate with Sales Managers on each discrepancy.
  • Maintain and utilize Customer Relation Management (CRM) files to facilitate orders and create personalized relationships with accounts.
  • Travel as needed to dealer events or other brand needs nationally.
Sales Duties
  • Make outbound calls to proactively to address account needs to help drive sales.
  • Apply consultative selling skills to identify dealer needs and increase order volume.
  • Foster personal relationships with accounts and sales representatives. Be in tune with dealer clientele and culture.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with accounts to increase brand presence.
  • Follow up on first orders, large orders, new buyers, shipping locations, etc.
  • Increase sales while on the phone: share early release styles, promo programs, etc.
Orders
  • Handle all incoming calls from Stone Glacier representatives and dealers.
  • Release and management of portal orders.
  • Assist in contacting accounts for all back orders. Use this as an opportunity to increase sales and/or combine with pre-existing open orders.
  • Shipping claims & tracking: Research discrepancies in shipping and receiving of orders. Take preventative or corrective action to avoid future shipping issues.
Dealer Applications
  • Coordinate new dealer applications and agreements.
  • Submit and verify initial orders. Submit and confirm display requests.
Education and Training:
  • 2+ years prior customer service experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Must possess excellent data entry skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work in an autonomous environment with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly workload.
