2M Company, a leading wholesale supplier of products and materials for today’s diverse water industry, is looking for a hardworking, energetic, and self-motivated inside sales/warehouse worker. This is a full-time position that involves providing a high level of customer service to existing clients and developing long term client relationships. The qualified candidate will assist in day to day business operations to allow all customer interactions to be pleasant and smooth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promoting and cultivating good customer relationships through professional, courteous, and quality service.
• Establish, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships and accounts by providing top notch customer service.
• Work with other staff members to identify. Prioritize, and implement initiatives that will streamline day to day operations in the warehouse.
• Learn the functions and applications of all available product lines to better assist clients.
• Work with high energy and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional product delivery to clients.
• Answer client questions and concerns in an expeditious manner.
• Manage customer invoices and provide accurate consistent pricing.
• Pulling customer orders and maintaining warehouse.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
• Basic computer and office equipment skills.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft applications.
