What you’ll do:
- Package product to required specifications
- Place sleeves in cartons or snakewrap on pallet as required
- Manually load shells into equipment as required
- Ability to monitor product continuously to ensure visual acceptability
- Complete forms and reports as required, both manually and electronically
- Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity

Required Skills:
- Read, write and comprehend at a high school level.
- Abillity to follow instructions and be a team player.
- Must be reliable and safety-oriented.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to pull, push, bend, climb and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule, with additional overtime as needed.
