MasTec SmartTech Experts are service-driven and professional technicians that provide in-home delivery and are responsible for installing and servicing DirecTv in and outside customers’ homes.

We believe if you are passionate, knowledgeable, and talented you should be paid for it! Performance-based compensation and sales incentives for product sales (i.e. surge protectors, HDMI cables, screen cleaning).

Ideal candidates desire independence in their workday, are self-starters, and like to be rewarded for daily efficiency, jobs completed, quality work, and safety.

We require:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Being able to lift or move up to 80lbs and climb 36ft ladders
• Customer service skills

Pay after training:

Piece work (paid per job completed) averaging $22-$26 per hour
