If you enjoy helping others and are highly motivated, this opportunity is for you. Hired candidates will assist with quoting, binding coverage, making policy changes, assisting customers with inquiries, etc. The focus will be to sell to prospects and existing customers, policies they need, as well as to help maintain the current book of business. Hired candidates must be able to work in our office. Average first year income ranges from $40,000 - $60,000 (base pay + extra compensation for policies sold). Interviews will be conducted immediately for the best-qualified candidates.

Desired Skills/Traits/Qualifications:

· Experience quoting and binding policies with Citizens and other home insurance carriers is a plus

· Possess a genuine willingness to learn

· Intuitive, resourceful, and coachable

· Has an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

· Ability to establish rapport with clients over the phone and in person

· Works well independently and in teams

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Empathetic towards customers

· Strong computer skills

· Strong work ethic

· Strong ability to prioritize

· Has a sense of urgency

· Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
