Qualifications and Detail about the Position
Summary:
- Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
- Complete monthly and quarterly payroll reporting for OCIP Programs
- Oversight of the Claim Management Process - Reporting and of Work Comp (OCIP & Non-OCIP), Auto, and General Liability Claims
- Process and track department invoices including premiums, third party coast and claims related invoices
- Process requested auto id cards and certificate of insurance requests and maintain library of Brock’s vendor COIs
- Maintain RMIS system data integrity (i.e., Claim Coding)
- General administrative duties to support Brock’s Risk Management Program
Responsibilities:
- Assist in policy renewals; coordinate compiling exposure information, preparation of submissions, applications and underwriting presentations. Review and analyze exposure data.
- Assist in investigation of general liability, auto, and work comp claims
- Distribute informative claim updates to operational stakeholders
- Works towards the resolution of claims files, participate in claim reviews and loss control initiatives to reduce overall loss exposures
· Works closely with internal departments administering OCIP programs
- Assist Director of Risk Management in administration of multiple insurance programs
- Maintain insurance program registry and ensure receipt and accuracy of all binders, policies, and endorsements
· Monopolistic State Reporting
- Liaise with and provide excellent service to internal stakeholders on risk management requests
Other information:
- Experience working directly with insurance carriers, brokers and claims administrators in addition to internal stakeholders (HSE, Legal and Sales)
· Strong business analysis, process management, organizational skills
- Experience with OCIP/CCIP programs
- Familiarity with RMIS systems such as Origami, Riskonnect, and Luminos
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees and maintain a high sense of confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in an environment with time sensitive deadlines
