Insurance Sales Advisor

Position Overview
Our award winning partner agent is looking for someone who has a passion for sales. In this role will be to advise and consult clients on their insurance needs (auto, home, motorcycle, etc.) through outbound calling of leads, prospecting, and external networking, partnering with the territory marketing rep on business development initiatives and sales marketing campaigns.
Compensation range posted is an estimate of first year earnings. It consists of a base salary, with a monthly bonus based on production. In this position, you will be an employee of our partner agent who is not an employee of Plymouth Rock Assurance.
Responsibilities
- Proactively quote and bind insurance coverage using consultative selling techniques
- Review and discuss insurance coverages tailored to each client’s needs
- Participate in incentive programs and contests designed to drive sales and exceed production goals
- Conduct prospecting opportunities by attending networking events, community outreach, etc.
- Monitor leads, sales, and their sources
- Complete and process all documentation for new clients
- Work with agency partners to ensure constant communication and clarity
Requirements
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (will train if unlicensed)
- Prior sales and business development experience
- Computer proficiency and telephone skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to work successfully in a semi-autonomous environment
- Maintain state insurance licenses
- Ability to work a full-time work schedule Monday – Friday

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
