Steve Froehle Allstate Insurance Agency of Scottsdale, AZ is looking for an energetic, resourceful, self-starter for a position as an Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Agent/Representative:
- Arizona Property and Casualty License is highly preferred, must be able to obtain within 30 days of offer date
- At least 1 year of client-facing or sales experience is required
- Life/Health License a plus
- Must be a team player that is self-motivated to assist Agency Owner achieve its goals
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Professional appearance
- Extremely positive attitude
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Must be highly self-motivated

- Able to exceed current and prospective client expectations
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Agent/Representative:
- Find and develop staff to help meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Establish processes for staff to solicit new business via telephone, mail, social networking, and other lead sources
- Manage staff in developing insurance quotes and sales presentations
- Manage staff referrals program
- Maintain knowledge of current and new products
- Help agency to build and maintain relationships
- Manage staff client review process
- Help to grow sales production and revenue
