Join the Amy Newland Ward American Family Insurance Agency team in Colorado Springs, CO!

Sales Representative candidates must have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market, prospect for new business and use consultative selling techniques.

Position Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Sales experience
· Property and Casualty insurance license is required to start (reimbursement available)
· Experience with PC software including MS Office Suite, Chrome, etc.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent phone skills
· Customer relationship-building skills
· Problem-solving skills
· Team-oriented
· Self-motivated
· Responsible

Compensation & Benefits:
· Hourly pay rate range of $18 - $22 plus commission and bonus (based on experience)

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
