Today PEAK6 InsurTech is comprised of National Flood Services, We Insure, and Team Focus Insurance Group. Challenging the status quo and innovating the insurance industry is what we do. We think that there are better ways to get things done, so we decided why not do it ourselves? We’re not your parents’ insurance company – we know that as times change so should the industry. You will gain loads of experience, but before you do you should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree completed within the next academic year (graduation by August 2023)
• 0-3 years of tangible, professional experience outside of the classroom to apply learning concepts and professional competencies to the workplace (Ex: student leadership, student involvement, and/or internships count!)
• Willingness to grow with the company
• Curiosity to learn and driven to improve
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments

• You don’t like change. This is not a job for someone who likes ‘predictable’. Our team wears many hats and has to go with the flow to deliver for the business.
• You’re not the collaborative type. We work together to ensure the best possible solutions for our internal teams. If you’re looking to hide out and do your own thing, this might not be the right spot.
• You like your own bubble. Members on this team often have to branch out of their comfort zone and support other functions of HR. If you’re looking to remain a subject matter expert of one spoke of the HR wheel, you probably won’t like working for our team.

Please note: Many of our positions are HYBRID positions, requiring you to work in office 2-3 times a week. Our primary locations are in Sunrise, FL and Jacksonville, FL, but there are also opportunities to work out of our Chicago, IL or New York, NY locations.

PEAK6 InsurTech currently requires all employees as a condition of employment to either be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or submit to regular testing. The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. PEAK6 InsurTech will also require proof of vaccination and/or testing. PEAK6 InsurTech will also consider requests for exemption from these requirements as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs.
