Job description
The Senior Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the delivery of services in assigned program in accordance to program guidelines. Senior Supervisor would have direct staff and or supervisor staff directly report to this position. Working as an Intact Case Manager at the Centralia office enables you to reside in any of the counties we serve: Marion, Jefferson, Clinton, Washington, and Hamilton.
Job Duties Include:
- Reviews client referral intake information and determines referral acceptance/denial and case assignment
- Ideal Senior Supervisor Ration: 8:1
- Support fellow leaders and supervisors in professional development
- Champaign evidence-based models and use in programs, as required, such as ARC and SBC
- Oversees care responsibilities and provides guidance in case planning and outcomes.
- Staffs all cases with appropriate staff weekly or less frequently if warranted
- Provides consultation to professional and para-professional staff on therapeutic approaches with clients
- Reviews all written documents generated by staff
- Attends court hearings, case reviews/staffings, and meetings as needed
- Reviews funding source policies and procedures and maintains the updates for the OHU program Policy and Procedures
Qualifications
Education
- MA/MSW degree in related field
Experience
- 10 years related experience
Other
- LCSW, LCPC, LMFT preferred
