Description:

We currently have openings for full-time Intake Coordinators. Schedule: M-F, and every other weekend for full-time employees.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for health/life insurance, PTO, and vacation accruals. Part-time are eligible for PTO and vacation accruals.

Salary: $20/ Hr -Bachelors $25/Hr - Masters

Essential Functions:

• Review prospective admissions against approved admission criteria, policies, and procedures.
• Initiate contact to gather required clinical and demographic data from patients and other sources.
• Respond promptly to inquiry calls.
• Schedule assessments.
• Conduct pre-admission assessments.
• Assist prospective patients and significant others in seeking treatment.
• Refer inquiries to other agencies and community resources when not appropriate for facility assistance or admission.
• Coordinate with referral sources.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for patients.
• Responsible for maintaining all the documentation involved with the admissions process.
• Must have some sales experience.

Other Functions:

· Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

Education/Experience/Skills/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.

1-2 years of sales experience.

Licenses/Designations/Certifications:

· CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).

· First aid may be required based on state or facility.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
