Responsibilities and Duties:

• Loading script and commissioning of CSR (Cell site router) and bringing up backhaul.
• Troubleshoot backhaul issues
• Troubleshoot VSWR/RTWP and RET
• Ability to maintain BBU/CSR equipment
• Knowledge of alarming
• Perform field tech activities at ground or rooftop level (no tower climbing required).
• Perform clean installations of hardware, quality checks, troubleshooting and post-work repair.
• Site back up and configuration support with remote supervision and scripting.
• Equipment may include both base station hardware as well as power and data connectivity systems.
• Will perform the RF color coding and labeling.
• Provide high level feedback from the field to help Switch Engineers expedite troubleshooting and optimization.
• Documentation and Close Out Reporting.

Qualifications:

• Experience with New Site Builds - Specifically Fujitsu and Mavenir
• Must have a minimum of 10yrs experience with Integration and Trouble Shooting of cell sites.
• Knowledge of wiring up alarm blocks/modules and troubleshooting of alarm wiring
• Experience with BBU installation, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience reconfiguring the fiber cables as per design.
• Knowledge of multiple OEM hardware.
• Must be able to work on rooftop sites and sometimes gain access through roof hatch.
• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
