Position Requirements: Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs
Count inventory either as part of a scheduled cycle count or due to an identified variance
Investigate inventory variances before entering any adjustments into the system
Complete daily reports that represent inventory control activity, results and progress
Work with loss prevention personnel to achieve high inventory accuracy
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
Assist in developing solutions to shortages, overages and inventory discrepancies
Compile, verify, and report periodic statistical information to management regarding trends in customer escalations and related to inventory
Ensure compliance to inventory processes and procedures
Duties of this job may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of objects weighing up to 50 lbs., working in a C store environment, operating various hand and motor powered equipment, standing on concrete floors, walking for extended periods of time, stooping, bending, twisting, and being exposed to various temperatures .
