Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with their business unit leader on where possible improvements in process/procedure are needed by leveraging their experience and knowledge and looking for creative and innovative solutions.
  • Work with L&D to facilitate training employees (for onboarding training as well as refresher trainings to the organization as well more advanced classes for Super Users) Communicate effectively with wider organization on particular projects and impacts to the organization
• Work with Functional SME to raise recurring problems that need to be addressed by a possible wider system/process/policy change •Act as the “go to” person within a department or function for questions and troubleshoot problems within his/her area of expertise (should be 2nd or 3rd level escalation after colleagues/manager and Super Users)
  • Communicate effectively with wider organization on particular project and impacts to the organization
  • Participate in testing of any new systems, process or procedure to ensure that we do not have unexpected outcomes and that the initiative works within our current procedures.
  • Freely share knowledge and experience with managers, colleagues and the wider network in order to help the business become self-sustaining and self-supporting.
Who we are looking for
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments and teams. SME's should be able to articulate even the most complicated concepts clearly to their audience (both up and down).
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple ongoing initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
  • Knowledge of various systems applicable to the business unit
  • At least 2 years relevant experience working in the business unit & proven instructional experience in a group business setting
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Able to identify process improvement opportunities/gaps, conduct analysis, and develop solutions to deliver desired results to the business
