Position Summary:

Fluresh is seeking a Inventory Analyst to join our fulfillment team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Inventory Analyst will help the Company optimize sales and operational efforts through the compiling, analyzing, and reporting of company data regarding inventory. A strong candidate will have experience in data analysis, an entrepreneurial spirit, and must be a self-starter who is highly organized with great attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inventory analyst is responsible for data input, data correctness, and audits of product ready for sale
  • Work with Fulfillment Team to ensure potential issues are being addressed, maintaining good communication across departments
  • Work closely with Fulfillment Team and METRC to keep track of inventory organization in the holding rooms
  • Spot check and track Fulfillment Team’s outgoing orders.
  • Oversee incoming returns are getting moved in METRC and physically to the correct storage location
  • Review shipments to determine
  • Keep log of mis-picks/outgoing product, LeafLink errors, outgoing products, and inventory issues
  • Conducts inventory inspections and maintains METRC and LeafLink logs to ensure traceability of product movement throughout the process
  • Cycle count METRC inventory for flower and processing and balance inventory with METRC and LeafLink quantities
  • Work with Supervisor and Lead to delegate cycle counts as needed
  • Participates in problem solving activities to drive process improvements. Documents solutions and creates/updates SOP’s
  • Excellent time management
  • Manage and responsible for LeafLink uploads
  • Add inventory when product has been confirmed in a ready for sale location
  • Adjust inventory when product is removed from a ready for sale location
  • Communicate with originating department and operations when product is removed to ensure METRC/physical locations are updated
  • Ensures quality data collection methods are established for reporting and monitoring.
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Experience, Education, and Skills

  • High school diploma required: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, manufacturing and logistics preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an analytical position required
  • Experience in a distribution environment is preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and consistent follow through on assigned tasks
  • Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner
  • Capacity to work beyond your comfort level and desire to learn new skills
  • Light travel required including occasional overnight stays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
