We believe that inclusion and diversity drive our innovative spirit, and we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels empowered to be their authentic selves.Job Responsibilities for this newly created role of Inventory & Billing Analyst role reporting to the Treasury Supervisor:

  • Supports the monthly/annual financial closings with a focus on Inventory and Accounts Receivable.
  • Reconciling raw material, WIP, and Finished Goods inventory.
  • Supporting inventory cycle counts (once established) and year-end physical inventory process.
  • Tracking inventory overseas and inventory located at various downstream vendors.
  • Sale, market, and settlement coordination/confirmation with downstream vendors for timely and accurate customer invoicing.
  • Collaborating with customer service, plant production, and IT teams regarding Inventory and Customer issues.
  • Report generation, analyses, various account reconciliations, ERP transactions, and journal entries.
  • Act as a secondary support on other Finance Departmental functions.
  • Assist on special projects as needed, and other duties as the business dictate.

Requirements:

  • Strong EXCEL skills (VLook-Up, Pivot Tables) and computer literacy.
  • Ability to analyze/deconstruct complex transaction flows.
  • Strong organizational and communications skills.

Desired:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of inventory-related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • BS/Associates degree in accounting with a basic understanding of cost accounting and financial accounting functions. or relevant commensurate experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision is a plus, but not required.
