Essential Functions:

• Works with staff to ensure that any inventory moves are being properly recorded and executed.

• Ensures accurate inventory system records are available to accounting in a timely manner for month end close and reconciliation.
• Identifies root cause of any inventory discrepancies and communicates the cause to the Director of Finance and other cross-functional members of the leadership team.
• Reviews the physical inventory count process and ensures inventory accuracy by implementing and overseeing a successful counting process.
• Identifies, maintains, and monitors inventory control methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Maintains cycle count schedule assuring accurate and complete count of inventory during cycle counts and year-end inventory.
• Reviews inventory on a consistent basis for expired and obsolete inventory and communicate results to upper management.
• Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor

• Requirements:

Required Knowledge and Skills:

· WMS Inventory Systems experience required

• Ability to use a computerized inventory control system, where applicable
• Physical condition commensurate with the duties of the position
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of inventory control experience .

• Physical Demands:

• Ability to repetitively stand, kneel, reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, stack and lift up to 50lbs without difficulty continuously throughout the day
• Must be able to reach above head and bend below the knees all day
• Work in cooler and heated conditions based on the time of year

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
