Inventory Manager
Location: Enfield, CT

What You’ll Do
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of multiple facilities under the I-Health operational group. Effective management of inventory accuracy is vital to the success of operations, as it impacts everything from supply chain management to financial reporting. This role will help to minimize risk, optimize efficiency, and support overall business growth, making it a vital and important role within the organization.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct cycle counts and reconciliations for various locations, collaborating with operations and finance organizations to support the operational plan and vision.
  • Maintain and manage inventory accuracy in ERP and warehouse management systems, identifying root causes and presenting solutions to senior leadership, while collaborating closely with the finance team.
  • Develop and deliver key KPIs across the organization, continuously improving inventory processes and participating in future planning and projects.
  • Manage deadstock inventory, reporting, transactions, display materials, and disposition of materials after consumption.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and programs, researching and reconciling all inventory discrepancies, and training employees across the organization to improve inventory processes.

You bring:
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college, plus 4+ years of experience in inventory management in a warehouse/fulfillment/manufacturing environment
  • The ability to adapt to cross-departmental interactions, work at multiple levels, and creatively present information to bring innovation to work processes and outcomes
  • Expertise in SAP, MS Suite, and other relevant business platforms that enable you to efficiently manage inventory and support the team
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills
  • A collaborative, hands-on management approach that allows you to support multiple areas while delivering results
