Responsibilities

• Verifying incoming and outgoing physical checks.

• Logging and processing transactions to the core system.

• Mailing a large volume of checks to the correct business entity.

• Analyzing and researching problems that arise when auditing the checks to the internal reporting system.

• Entering data within Excel, Word, and Access databases.

• Providing processing assistance to Paying Agent staff.

• Filing and processing daily paperwork.
