One of our clients is looking for talented and highly motivated Invoice Processing Specialist.

Job Title: Invoice Processing Specialist
Pay Rate: $27 to 28.40/Hr
Duration: 5 Months (possibility of conversion to perm position)
Location: Orange County, CA

100% Onsite – flexibility for hybrid schedule after training.

Our Client is a Global Medical Device Manufacturer.

We are looking for an Invoice Processing Specialist

• Process basic payments (e.g, invoices, expenses) for medical affairs contractual costs using current processing systems (e.g., COUPA, JDE)
• Load and/or track costs in the designated payment processing system
• Review invoices to compare against contract language
• Archive payments (e.g., quarterly and miscellaneous payments and related documents ) electronically.
• Send and ensure payment is received by recipients (e.g., HCP, vendors, clinical sites)
• Identify potential discrepancies and escalate to the manager
• Work with stakeholders to code, route, and approve costs
• Set up ACH/payee information in current processing systems
• Other incidental duties

Additional Skills:

• Accounts payable (invoice processing) experience
• MS Excel experience
• Coupa experience is a plus
• Concur experience is a plus
• Strict attention to detail
• Good computer skills including MS Office Suite, Adobe, and ability to operate general office machinery
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Desired - Knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to payments (e.g. Payment processes, HCP reporting, Fair Market Value)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in face paced environment
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels of internal and external partners
• Contacts are across the organization and may include external contacts
• Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
