IT ASSISTANT
Are you looking to start a career in Information Technology? LIFE Pittsburgh is searching for an IT Assistant who will report to the Director of Information Systems. This entry level position will be responsible for providing basic IT assistance to end users and the IT department. Will track maintenance schedules and inventory for all equipment and software. Will order, setup, and deliver mobile phones and/or desktops/laptops to appropriate personnel. Required to be full-time in the Greentree office and travel to other LIFE Pittsburgh centers for equipment delivery/setup and other field service issues. Must have General working knowledge of desktops, laptops and Chromebooks and related operating systems, general working knowledge of mobile phones (iPhone and Android) and working knowledge of common Office365 applications. Driver’s license and access to a vehicle also required.

Through the LIFE Pittsburgh program, frail older adults can remain in their own home and receive a coordinated plan of care that enables them to maintain their independence and enjoy a safe and active life in the community. Our health teams of geriatric physicians and nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, rehabilitation specialists and other health care professionals assess our Participants' needs and desires, plan and approve services with them and their family or caregiver, monitor for changes and provide timely interventions. Primary care and community services are provided through our Day Health Centers and through our in-home program according to an individual Participant's needs.
