Responsibilities:
The role would be Windows 10 to 11 migration at nationwide military bases, mostly working with RAPIDS ( Real Time Automated Personnel Identification System) installation and troubleshooting.

· * Installs peripheral components (monitors, keyboards, printers) following installation procedures

• Load specific software packages, operating systems, hardware drivers, and custom applications on computers
• Performs minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing faulty equipment
• Replaces defective or inadequate software packages
• Experience with installation and support of Windows operating systems
• Must have experience providing user assistance with hardware and system
• Support software problems
• This position will require nationwide travel approximately 80% of the time
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis is required
• Credit card with sufficient limit to cover hotel and rental cars

Required Skills:
· An active DoD Secret Clearance is required
· Experience with installation and support of Windows operating systems ( Windows Migration Experience)
· Must have experience providing user assistance with hardware and system support software problems
· Sec + certifications REQUIRED
· This position will require nationwide travel approximately 80% of the time
· In accordance with our travel reimbursement policy, employees must pay for travel expenses in advance which will be timely reimbursed. Can be reimbursed Bi-Weekly if necessary
· The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access classified Information, which requires US citizenship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
