Larson Gross, a leading public accounting firm based in Bellingham, Wash., is seeking an experienced* IT Help Desk Technician* to join our growing team. We need your help supporting our growth of our IT external services that we provide to our clients. This position is located in either our Wenatchee or Yakima office.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Prioritize, respond, and resolve internal and external help desk requests
• Perform hardware/software installations and upgrades for workstations, servers, and firewalls
• Monitor and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including backups, data, applications, networks, servers, and workstations
• Complete IT projects as assigned based on experience level: Servers, Firewalls, VPNs, Microsoft Teams Voice, Email migrations, Virtualization, Cloud Hosting etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background or documented experience in an IT support role
• Working knowledge of common operating systems and components (Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange) and MS Office
• Knowledge of hardware and software networking (TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, WAPS)
• Excellent project and time management with ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Client service orientation, helpful attitude, and outstanding interpersonal skills

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Office 365 system administration experience with Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Cloud hosting experience with Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Experience working with Microsoft Intune
• Experience work with Business Grade Firewalls
• Experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider
