Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include:

• Assists with installation, repairs, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, printers/scanners/copiers, audio visual equipment, and software.
• Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and appropriate software.
• Responsible to set up new user accounts and delete old user accounts within company software packages.
• Responsible for creation of mailboxes and accounts for new users in Active Directory.
• Application/Software support on the following systems: Microsoft 365, Caliber, Appfolio, Quickbooks, Timeslips, Adobe and ZOHO.
• Perform office moves and new workstation installations.
• Travel to remote offices to assist onsite staff, maintain equipment.
• Maintains documentation of the workstations, telecommunications, and telephone systems.
• Support mobile devices.
• Responsible for setting up video conferencing and webinars.
• Assists with the IT support of other commonly owned business entities.
