Job description

The client is seeing a candidate to conduct an initial Risk Assessment of the Healthcare delivery system to include both the manual and electronic transmission of PHI.

The ideal candidate will develop a plan of action that is designed to demonstrate the steps, requirements and action necessary for the agency to meet all applicable compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will develop HIPPA compliant policy and procedures that meet all HIPAA/HITECH regulatory requirements at the agency, division and unit levels.

The ideal candidate will provide multi-level staff training program and provide an appropriate organizational structure that will best support the facilitation of HIPAA compliance.

The ideal candidate will conduct periodic reviews/mini assessments to monitor adherence to compliance requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $41.00 - $46.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:
