POSITION: IT Support Specialist


REPORTS TO:
IT Director


Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone, remote, and on-site support as needed at multiple locations.
  • Perform software and operating system updates.
  • Perform routine maintenance, repair & replacement of district hardware.
  • Maintain inventory of 1:1 Chromebook program.
  • Other duties as assigned by the IT Director.

Qualifications:
1. Computer maintenance and repair experience.
2. Excellent problem solving, organization, time management, and customer service skills.
3. Certifications or related degree preferred.
4. EdTech experience is a plus.
5. Minimum 1 year experience in the field.
6. Valid driver’s license & personal vehicle
7. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
12 month year - Salary Per Agreement. Criminal background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.

EVALUATION: Performance will be evaluated by the IT Director
