Serenity Mental Health Centers is hiring an IT professional for our corporate office located in Lehi, UT. This employee will be instrumental in procuring, configuring, and managing the hardware and software to propel the company to new levels.
What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, systems, networks, VoIP phones, printers, and scanners.
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Provide technical support to users across the company (this may be in person or remote) and be the first point of contact for error reporting.
  • Organizing and scheduling upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment, as necessary.
  • Create clear and concise support documentation for reoccurring issues.
  • Assign and collect hardware asset information and record in asset management system.
  • Available for rotating on-call schedule outside of normal business hours to solve company-critical, IT-related problems.
  • Available to travel to out of state locations to setup computer & networking equipment.
  • Available for occasional work (about once per quarter) outside normal business hours for planned maintenance/migration projects.
  • Other duties as needed & assigned

What We Are Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
  • High School diploma, GED, or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of a Windows environment (Mac and Linux environments are a plus)
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Physical nature of the role occasionally requires ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
  • Take ownership of tasks and requests and find optimal solutions for them
  • Be confident enough to share your ideas, but humble enough to learn from others

What Will Set You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 1+ years of relevant professional experience in an IT environment
  • Help Desk support experience
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft technology associate (MTA) or Equivalent
  • Experience with network administration, switches, firewalls, routers, modem configuration, VPNs, VOIP, etc.
