IT Support Technician

Fann Contracting, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified, knowledgeable IT Professional to help our company develop, use, and integrate IT systems. This position will work closely with end users and provide training as needed in our busy Prescott, AZ office. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.

IT Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and assisting end users with their IT needs.
• Responsible to assist with developing corporate IT systems and networks, including the following:
  • Windows Servers; 2016+ Servers
  • RDP
  • SQL (is a plus)
  • TCP/IP networking
  • Mac OS
• Assist with new technology implementation.
• Produce reports within IT and for other teams as needed.
• Assist with management of iPhones, Macs, etc.

IT Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience as IT Professional in a corporate setting is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues quickly and effectively.
• Experienced with various operating systems and databases including Mac OS.
• Enthusiastic about working collaboratively within a family-owned business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; Pleasant demeanor and strong customer service skills.
• Patience and ability to train users in both new and existing IT systems.
• Problem solving skills to revise existing systems and suggest improvements.
