What You'll be Doing
The HT Group is partnering with a global computer software company to find an IT Technical Support- QA Analyst. The ideal candidate will join their growing team and become their SME to change the way MSP's and tech teams function.
Qualifications of IT Support QA Analyst:
- 3-5 years' experience- bachelor's degree in technology will make you a standout candidate, but not required.
- Experience in an Technical IT Support team, Product Support Team, or Systems Engineering Team.
- Knowledge of software development fundamentals.
- Experience with SQL, Postgres, MySQL, Non-SQL
- Experience with Bash, Batch, PowerShell scripting
- Must be fluent in all flavors of Windows, Linux, and Mac Oss
- Knowledge of setting up and configuring VMs (ESXi and Hyper-V)
Responsibilities of IT Support QA Analyst:
- Identify and troubleshoot deficiencies striving for error free feature deployment.
- Research product requirements and limitations to ensure system functions.
- Develop and implement software test plans to identify software problems and root causes.
- Deliver testing on all software products for applicable OS platforms.
- Research and evaluate user requirements.
- Contribute thoughts and data on the usability of our products.
