A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN IT TECHNICIAN
As an IT Technician, you service, maintain, and repair the computer systems our company relies on. Working primarily out of our corporate office, you manage both the hardware and software that our employees use every day. This includes setting up networks, installing cables, hooking up printers, and managing our network security systems. You assist with installations, troubleshooting, and updates, as well as respond to any issues or complaints, keeping our company's technology working smoothly.
In addition to working in the corporate office, you travel to our physical locations to set up technology systems and perform any other necessary IT-related tasks. Your satisfaction comes from supporting your team and solving problems for your coworkers!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN IT TECHNICIAN
- 2+ years of IT experience
- Excellent technology troubleshooting skills

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN IT TECHNICIAN
This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday. Roughly 75% of your time will be spent in the corporate office in St. Cloud, and the remainder will be spent traveling to various physical locations in the region.
