CCS Facility Services is seeking a quality Night Area Manager to add to our team. The Night Area Manager is a key position that provides oversight of all janitorial staff across multiple sites within a geographic location. This is an evening shift position and requires flexibility as well as occasional weekend work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Management of employees at multiple job sites to maintain the highest possible standards
• Work closely with Account Managers and customer personnel
• Train new staff on essential job duties
• Inspect cleanliness of job sites for completion of work and take corrective action where necessary
• Complete work tickets assigned
• Communicate effectively with janitorial staff
• Attend mandatory staff meetings
• Assist in controlling costs for: payroll, supplies and expenses
• Order supplies for designated sites

• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• 2 years of relevant janitorial and supervisory experience
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain fingerprint clearance card
• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision and to function cooperatively as part of a team
• Requires attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization and high levels of energy and endurance
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
