Jewelry Television - Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

Jewelry Television® is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to assist the Marketing team, supporting the Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Services. This person will coordinate marketing projects for promotional broadcast video development, print marketing, digital collateral, web photography/video, TV advertising and marketing support materials development.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing Marketing’s project management platform
  • Maintain production timeline to include asset delivery dates for all areas of marketing
  • Organize special projects and monthly event planning
  • Coordinate product selections for marketing collateral by working directly with in-house Merchandising teams
  • Support all facets of sweepstakes planning and execution
  • Collaborate on implementation of broadcast and print material campaigns
  • Liaise with creative team and marketing management to coordinate feedback and approvals
  • Maintain continuous contact with stakeholders, both internal and external, coordinating resources to see projects to completion
  • Support internal finance team on establishing new marketing vendors, and manage submission of vendor invoices into accounting system for payment

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to communicate among and within different teams
  • Excellent organization and project/time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in working in a demanding, fast paced environment
  • Ability to execute multiple events and campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe
