Leading CM/GC has immediate openings for qualified Superintendents w/ experience in commercial
projects to join our growing team. This position provides overall on-site administrative and
technical management of the construction project site. Basic responsibilities include supervision of
the field construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and
schedule; coordination of Subcontractors’ activities and schedules; coordination with Project Team,
interface with Owner representatives and Architects/Engineers; ensure all on-site personnel comply
with procedures, safety program requirements, Owner requirements, etc.; attend and participate in
project meetings; quality control; project close-out. Excellent salary/benefit package. Employee

Experience required:
° Minimum of 5 years progressive field construction management
° OSHA 30 Hour
° Knowledge of all aspects of construction
° Good organization skills
° Ability to recognize and meet deadlines
° Supervisory and management skills
° Computers and scheduling
